Shipping Tips

When you place an order, please choose a shipping method and pay for the order including the shipping fee. We will send the items within 2 days once your payment is completed.We ship package via regular airmail, if you want to choose faster shipping way like EMS, DHL .Please contact us ASAP.Only ship to confirmed shipping addresses, please make sure the address is correct while making the payment.
Shipping takes 15-30 business days, weekends and holidays are not included; transit time may vary, particularly due to customs clearance and during holiday season. If you can not receive your item within 30 days from payment date and the tracking information doesn't update for long, please contact us to check the problem
The shipping cost does not include any import taxes, and buyers are responsible for customs duties.
Please note that buyers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes for importation into your country. These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery. We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments

Return Tips

Any Return is accepted within 30 days when you receive the item, either for exchange or refund.Returning item should be kept in original condition (no worn, no smell for lingerie) and packed with all components and accessories included. Buyers have to pay for the return cost and we pay the cost for reshipping. Please add a piece of paper written your Aliexpress ID accompanied with the returned item so that we could process the replacement/refund accordingly
